On Sunday August 25 at the close of the 11 a.m. service worshipers will have the opportunity to participate in the U.S. Congregational Life Survey. The Session of Westminster Presbyterian Church is using this tool to see where our strengths are and where we want to grow stronger. It will also be used to guide the Pastor Nominating Committee in its work.

Almost 300,000 worshipers in more than 2,000 congregations across the U.S. have participated previously in this survey. The survey asks worshipers about four fundamental building blocks of congregational life: spirituality and faith development, involvement in groups and leadership roles in the congregation, community involvement, and congregational priorities and future directions.

All worshipers that day, 15 years of age or older, members, guests, and visitors will be asked to complete the survey. Most worshipers will be able to complete the survey in 15 minutes. Each question is in a quick response format so answers do not have to be written out. All responses will be confidential. Please mark your calendar and make an extra effort to attend. Your participation is important.
