Someone needs to hear this:
If you are feeling outmatched by the task before you, overwhelmed by the failures of your past, underappreciated by the people who should lift you up, burdened by the weight of illness or grief, or unsure of your place in the world, then there is good news.
But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things–and the things that are not–to nullify the things that are. (1 Corinthians 1:27-28)
My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. (2 Corinthians 12:9)
God does not need (or want) your perfection. He wants your heart. God does not need you to solve the problems. He can do that. God does not shun your weakness: he works through it to show his surpassing greatness.
Someone needs to hear it. Maybe it is you, but if not, start telling everyone until you find out who it is.
